Color Shift presented a core creative challenge: translating a dynamic, color-depositing hair mask into visuals as transformative as the product itself.
Gradients became the throughline of the campaign carried across motion graphics, merchandise, and product renders to express the fluidity of color in motion. Each medium was chosen deliberately: motion graphics captured the shift and energy of the transformation, 3D renders highlighted vibrancy and form, and texture photography grounded the campaign in the product's sensory appeal.
The result was a cohesive visual system that communicated both technical innovation and expressive color, with a single swatch photograph reaching 19,000 people organically.
